• Certificate must not be downloaded.
• A valid reason must be provided.

Refunds are not applicable:

• After 7 days of purchase.
• If more than 20% of the course is completed.
• On discounted, bundled, or promotional purchases.
• For reasons like change of mind or lack of time.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
