- Certificate must not be downloaded.
- A valid reason must be provided.
Refunds are not applicable:
- After 7 days of purchase.
- If more than 20% of the course is completed.
- On discounted, bundled, or promotional purchases.
- For reasons like change of mind or lack of time.
To request a refund, email us at support@upskillninja.com with your registered email, course name, and reason.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
